Suzanne is our New Home Building Administrator, and her role is a vital component of any new home build. Working in administration within the building industry, is an important task where you are required to be informed about legislation which is forever evolving and the collation of all relevant documents is expanding. It can be a complex process which needs to be followed for a new home to flow. Suzanne has taken all these challenges on with ease, listened to her training and embraced the changes. With a keen mind, can-do attitude, strong work ethic plus client focus driven, Suzanne is doing extremely well. Suzanne loves the idea of completing her administration role so her clients can see the earth move for their new home builds.
Suzanne’s late father, Brad Small also shared the same passion with getting things done. The NQ Homes Tropical Living team are proud of the dedication that Suzanne has shown and her willingness to expand her skill set.
Annabelle (Apple) Small
Apple is a fully qualified Carpenter with NQ Homes Tropical Living. It has been a long road with ups and downs but always moving forward to earn her Carpentry Trade. Apple has followed in her late Father’s footsteps, Brad Small, a licensed builder and carpenter. With 5am starts and long “hard yakka” days, Apple’s passion, motivation & determination plus a keen mind to learn, Apple completed her Carpentry trade to continue her late Father’s dream. Apple started her trade school based but changed to work as a full-time carpenter apprentice. In a male dominated industry Apple, has found support and great guides to help her skill set. Apple is hoping to see more females join the building industry trade and start a rewarding and exciting career.
The NQ Homes Tropical Living team are proud of the work ethic that Apple has shown in the face of many challenges, and we’re excited to see her excel as a successful woman in the building industry.
