Our family met Cindy late last year to discuss building a family home for my son and his family and a "Granny Flat" for us. We had consulted a couple of other builders, but they did not seem interested in building something different - two dwellings on one block of land, at Goldsborough Valley with modifications for aging health problems. Really thought out finishes, out door areas are important to me and the louver windows. NQ Homes can deliver on that. Louvers make the wet season bearable as you can open and adjust them without the rain coming in. That is how most QLD homes were built in earlier history.
